Please note: Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for our standard return process.
2. Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transit, please inform us immediately. We take full responsibility for ensuring your gadgets arrive in perfect working order. To help us quickly resolve the issue, please send us images that clearly show the defect or damage. This could include missing components, cosmetic flaws, or functional issues. Once our team confirms the problem, we will promptly arrange a replacement for you. In most cases, returning the damaged item will not be necessary, making the process as convenient as possible for you. These images also assist our quality control team in preventing similar issues in the future.
- Exclusions: Please be aware that our warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damages resulting from:
- Accidental damage post-delivery
- Mishandling or improper usage
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Color or material changes due to prolonged sun exposure
- Unauthorized modifications after purchase
Important: The 14-day timeframe for reporting damaged or defective items also applies.
3. Order Not Delivered Within the Expected Timeframe?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, you have the option to request either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
